After a sudden change in our family member’s health required ongoing dialysis treatments, we needed support to manage the schedule and frequency. Accessible Care Transport stepped in immediately. They listened carefully, helped us understand our options, and collaborated with us to develop a transportation plan that met both medical and personal needs. Knowing our loved one would be safe, comfortable, and cared for gave us tremendous peace of mind. The MRI was scheduled for Monday - and there was no way I could get out with this snow, so it got moved to yesterday. I have not driven my new KIA Soul in the snow or ice and I know the old one is not good in either, so I call Accessible Care Transport. A non-profit started by friends to help folks who need transportation to get where they need to go. So glad I did! They have great, weather worthy cars and Ed is a very careful driver. He took me over to Apple Hill and waited while the MRI was done and brought me home. KUDOS for starting this company - it's much needed! As it turned out, the MRI left me feeling a little off, so good I wasn’t driving. - Michele B.
